Captive International publishes FORTY Under 40 – 2024

The captive insurance industry’s potential leaders of the future have been spotlighted with the release of Captive International’s latest FORTY Under 40 project.

We started this project last year and published the first edition of it in 2023. This year we have continued it, with 40 new names of the up and coming young talent in the industry.

Like last year we were overwhelmed by the sheer number of nominations, with some people being nominated by multiple peers within the industry, allowing us to create a substantial list.

That list was then sent to our judging panel, who scored the nominations, which allowed us to create the final 40 list.

We’d like to thank everyone involved in this amazing project this year, from the nominees to the judging panel, who contributed to the success of FORTY Under 40. Our congratulations go out to the final 40 who are highlighted in our publication and we encourage those who just missed out to apply again in 2025 for our next FORTY Under 40.
