Helio adds former regulator to team

US national captive management and risk consulting services provider Helio has added Victor Gallardo to its growing team. 

He will be based in Helio’s Oklahoma City headquarters.

Gallardo joins Helio from the Oklahoma Insurance Department. He held various roles with the regulatory body over the last three years, most recently captive analyst. Gallardo will primarily be responsible for providing captive management services to Helio’s expanding captive insurance company portfolio.
