Davies launches multi-sector division with rebranded Sionic
Davies has launched a new, multi-sector global consulting division, part of Davies Global Solutions. This move includes the rebranding of specialist financial services consulting firm, Sionic, which Davies acquired in 2021 and sees Davies Global Solutions become a 1,000+ strong global team, incorporating consulting, technology and insurance services.
The consulting division of Davies will now consist of eight, expert-led specialist practices: asset & wealth management, banking & markets, customer experience, assurance, financial crime & compliance, insurance, and people & organisational performance and managed services, all serving clients across the US, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Arabic world.

In February 2023, following a sustained period of organic and M&A growth, Davies announced a new simplified organisational structure, that aligned its global operations across three business units: Davies Global Solutions, Davies UK & Ireland, and Davies North America.
