Nominations open for Influential Women in Captives

The captive insurance industry has made important strides over the past two decades when it comes to increasing the numbers and proportion of women in the industry. But there is more work to be done if it is to become a true reflection of society and the talent pool available to it.

To champion this concept, both the progress made so far and the work that still needs to be done, we are planning a special issue of Captive International, designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of the captive sector's most prominent female leaders: Influential Women in Captives.

But we need your help.

To ensure we produce the most robust and credible list possible, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most pro-active, prominent, and respected female leaders in the industry. Nominate the peers and colleagues who you believe are transforming the captive sector through their sustained excellence and leadership – and tell us why.

Place your nomination here.

The data generated by this process will be collated and will inform the final list of leaders whom we will interview and profile.

Nominations will close on May 12, 2024 at 17h00 BST.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping us shine a spotlight on the women who are shaping the captive sector.

We look forward to receiving your nomination!
