SRS completes Robus deal

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has announced that its agreement to acquire Robus Group has been completed.

The deal was first announced at the start of 2024.

Robus, now SRS, is a captive and insurance management group and will continue to operate out of its existing Guernsey and Gibraltar locations. Gibraltar will be a new domicile offering for SRS.

With the acquisition completed SRS will continue to provide professional management services to captive insurers, open market insurers and reinsurers, insurance intermediaries, MGAs, ILS fund managers, and other corporate entities around the world, supporting their risk management and strategic business objectives.
